This is an original raised head tone ring off of a 1927 Gibson TB3. This is a rare no hole tone ring that produces a sound only these tone rings can make.

Description

This is a raised head tone ring made out of bell bronze with nickel plating. This is a no hole tone ring. These no hole tone rings are very desirable because they can make a sound no other tone ring can make. This is the definition of peel paint off of the walls tone. This was originally in a 1927 TB3 and this could be used to restore that banjo or really any raised head Pre War Gibson. I have a lot of really cool and hard to find parts on my website.
