This is a gorgeous Pre War TB3 conversion Banjo.  This sounds fantastic and is a wonderful player.  This has been fully set up and inspected here at the Banjo Warehouse.

Description

This is a one piece flange TB3 conversion with a Frank Neat Neck and a Huber HR30 tone ring.  The banjo is a mahogany banjo with nickel hardware.  This has a mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard.  The fretboard has a Flying Eagle inlay pattern.  The resonator and neck both have white binding which has yellowed slightly on the resonator.  This is a gorgeous banjo which is all original except the conversion parts and a refinished resonator.  Includes a Superior Hardshell Case.

Condition

The banjo is in fantastic shape. The original hardware is all clean.  The resonator is refinished which looks fantastic.  The refinish job was done some time ago so that has aged as well.  The neck is in great shape and is straight.  The fretboard is clean with super clean frets all the way down.  There are spikes at the 7th-10th frets.  This is a great looking banjo that is set up professionally for optimum playing.  The banjo also sounds fantastic which is to be expected for a pre war one piece flange 3.  The Superior hardshell case is also in fantastic condition.
