This is a gorgeous Deering Maple Blossom 5 string Banjo MADE IN USA.  This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.

Description

This has a 3 ply hard rock maple shell.  This has a flamed maple resonator and neck.  The neck has some great flame in it which looks really good.  The hardware is nickel.  This has a one piece armrest with 2 feet and a Price tailpiece.  The fretboard is ebony with some really attractive tulip inlays going up the board.  There is w/b/w binding on each side of the neck and resonator (white with black pinstripe).  This also has a 5th string capo already installed.

This is definitely a professional quality banjo with a full size nickel plated 20 hole tone ring.  This has some beautiful tone and some great volume and projection.  This also is a great playing banjo.  This has a very nice TKL hardshell case included.

Condition

This has been professionally cleaned at the Banjo Warehouse.  This has been disassembled and all of the metal has been buffed and the wood waxed.  This has a really nice glow to it.  All of the hardware and wood really shine.  The neck and resonator are in really good shape with clean frets.  The frets really are meaty with a whole lot of life.  This is definitely a clean banjo that is at it’s best with a clean hardshell case.

Set Up

This has been professionally set up at the Banjo Warehouse as well.  This has a new Remo frosted head which has been set to 90 on a drum dial.  The bridge is a new Huber bridge and this has correct intonation.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and the action is set nicely.  This plays and sounds killer.  Plus this is fully adjustable with the working truss rod and dual coordinator rod system.  This is a fantastic professional quality banjo that has been professionally cleaned and set up to look, play and sound its best.  Check out Banjo Warehouse for all sorts of cool and interesting banjos for sale.
