This is a very nice Stelling Sunflower Banjo made by Geoff Stelling with original case.  This has been inspected and set up here at the Banjo Warehouse.

Stelling Sunflower Banjo Description

This is a curly maple banjo with nickel hardware.  The neck is also maple with an ebony fretboard.  The fretboard has a custom Stelling Hearts and Flowers inlay pattern.  The headstock has an ebony peghead overlay with more inlay work.  There is white binding with a black pinstripe on each side of the neck and resonator.  There is a Stelling tailpiece and armrest each with Stelling engraved on them.  The banjo is all original and in really good shape.

Condition 

This is in fantastic condition.  The finish and hardware are all clean.  Everything shines and looks great.  The neck is clean with a clean fretboard.  The frets are also clean with almost no wear.  The frets are in really good shape.  There are spikes at the 7th-10th frets.  The case is clean on the inside with some minor wear on the outside.

Set Up

This has been set up here in the shop.  This plays great with correct intonation.  The head has been set to 90 on a drum dial all the way around the head.  The head is a frosted Remo head that is clean.  This has new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings.  The bridge is a Gary Sosebee bridge with an ebony cap.  This looks great, plays great, feels great and sounds incredible.
