Description
This has a mahogany neck and resonator with an ebony fretboard with dots. There is black binding on each side of the neck and white binding on each side of the resonator. The finish is a Matte Satin finish which looks very classy.
The hardware is nickel and includes a one piece flange and no hole tone ring. The no hole tone ring really helps to add some volume and tone to this banjo. This is a quality instrument. This also includes a deluxe archtop hardshell case. MADE IN USA.
Condition
This banjo is in fantastic shape. The hardware looks new and all of the finish is clean. The fretboard is clean and the frets are in incredible shape. This has spikes at frets 7,8,9, and 10. The case is absolutely in great shape as well.
Set Up
This is set up with a Remo frosted head which is set to 90. The bridge is a Deering and the strings are Huber and this also is a super player. This banjo has a lot of pop and is set up to be a thrill to play. This is a really good example of a Deering Sierra Banjo and is set up and ready to go!!
