2002 Stelling Sunflower 5 string Banjo

This is an all original 2002 Stelling Sunflower 5 string Banjo.  The banjo is clean and includes a clean original Stelling Hardshell Case.  ALL OF OUR SALES INCLUDE A 7 DAY FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!!

Description

This is a curly maple banjo with nickel hardware.  The rim is a Cooperman rim.  The neck is also curly maple with an ebony fretboard.  There is a custom Sunflower inlay pattern going up the fretboard.  This has a one piece Stelling Armrest and a Stelling tailpiece.  The banjo has white binding on each side of the neck and resonator.  This also includes an original Stelling hardshell case.

Condition

This is in extraordinary condition.  The banjo is clean all the way around.  The finish is clean and the hardware glows.  The fretboard is also clean and the neck feels incredible.  The frets show no wear.  They are essentially perfect.  The banjo was very well taken care of and plays and sounds incredible.  The original Stelling case is super clean as well.

Set Up

This has been set up here at the Banjo Warehouse.  The banjo has a 5/8 Stelling Bridge.  The head is a frosted Huber Head.  This has new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings.  The action feels great and the banjo has lots of tone.  The banjo has proper intonation.  I set up all of the banjos to 90 on a drum dial all the way around the head.
