Description

Geoff Stelling is regarded as one of the finest banjo builders in the history of banjo. His banjos are not just cannons they are also works of art. This is a fantastic example of one of the beautiful and powerful designs offered by Stelling Banjos.

This has a Tony Pass Lost Timbre shell with a gorgeous curly maple neck and resonator. The resonator has a Swallowtail inlaid with abalone. The Swallowtail is a very nice touch and there is a second one on the headstock.

This has all nickel and original hardware including a Stelling No Hole Tone Ring and a One Piece Stelling Ribbon Flange. The hardware looks fantastic and has Stelling Engraved on the tailpiece and Flange.

The fretboard is ebony with some incredible inlay work. This Banjo is OFF THE CHAIN COOL. This also includes an original Stelling Hardshell Case.

Condition and Set Up

This banjo is in phenomenal shape, Super Clean. We took the banjo apart and polished all of the metal and it looks new. The wood and finish has been waxed and also looks fantastic. The frets are basically perfect and this has spikes at frets 7,8,9 and 10. The case is also super clean.

This banjo is not very common and this is a work of art. This also is a cannon. This would be an incredible Stelling Banjo to add to your collection.
