2009 Hatfield Special
The Special has a walnut neck and a beautiful burl walnut resonator, ivoroid binding and nickel-plated metal parts. Like the Celebrity model it also has a little more inlay in the peghead than the Buck Creek model. This banjo is for the picker who wants a professional quality walnut sound with a little added beauty.

This Hatfield Special 5 string banjo is in incredible condition, this is just absolutely gorgeous and was very well taken care of. There is only minimal fret wear on the first 5 frets and I do mean minor (There are pictures of the frets for you to inspect). There are spikes at the 7th, 8th and 9th frets.
