2013 Williford Herringbone Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar

This is a handmade Williford Dreadnought Acoustic with Herringbone. This has been fully inspected and set up here at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.

Description

This is a really cool handmade guitar by Bob Williford. This is a dreadnought with solid rosewood sides and back and a solid sitka spruce top. The front of the guitar has herringbone binding. There is maple binding on the front and back sides of the body. The neck is mahogany with an ebony fretboard. There is black binding on each side of the neck. This has a faux tortoise shell pickguard and the headstock is squared off in the traditional style. This has a nice coat of finish and this has an older look to it.

The guitar has been set up with Bluegrass Action so the strings are higher but this was done intentionally to get maximum tone and volume. This is a phenomenal deal for someone that wants a rock solid Dreadnought Acoustic guitar at a fantastic price. This also includes a hardshell case.

Condition

This is in really good shape and doesn’t show much wear at all. All of the wood and finish look great. The frets are clean all the way down the fretboard. This really doesn’t show much if any wear at all. This is set up to get maximum tone and volume and is a wonderful guitar, especially for Bluegrass. If you want to get a fantastic price on a fantastic guitar that will be noticed this is it.
