2014 Stelling Virginian 5 string Banjo
This is a true work of art. The banjo is curly maple with nickel hardware. The neck is also curly maple with an ebony fretboard. The neck and pot both have very attractive abalone binding. There is also white binding on both. The fretboard has beautiful flowers inlaid and the headstock has a couple of birds inlaid with more flowers. This is a gorgeous banjo that is all original. This also includes the original Stelling hardshell case.
Condition
This is definitely super clean. Some people may call this near mint. The wood is glowing and the hardware also shines. The fretboard is clean and the frets are fat and round all the way down the board. This was definitely well taken care of and looks fantastic. This is also set up and plays very well. The banjo sounds incredible on top of all of this. Finally the original case is all there, clean, fully functional and in great shape.
