Description

This is a stunning Crafters of Tennessee Banjo which was the company owned by Mark Taylor of Rich and Taylor.  This is absolutely a professional quality banjo that is top of the line and in fantastic shape.

This has a maple shell with a burled walnut resonator and a walnut neck.  The fretboard is rosewood with gorgeous inlay work.  The hardware is nickel and is all original including a one piece flange and a 20 hole nickel plated Tennessee 20 tone ring.  The banjo is all original and this barks.  Includes hardshell case.

Condition

This banjo glows.  We disassembled the hardware and buffed the metal and waxed the finish.  The frets and fretboard are in really good shape and this has spikes in frets 7 and 9.  This is definitely gorgeous and has a clean case.

Set Up

This has a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90.  The bridge is a Scorpion and the strings are new Huber .10’s.  This is a gorgeous professional quality instrument that has been detailed and set up at our shop to look, play and sound it’s best.
