This is a rare Kulesh Tone Ring that was made for Curtis Mcpeake in the late 1980’s.  This was made during the Rich era at Gibson but it is not a Gibson Ring.  This has been inspected at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.

Description

This is a nickel plated Kulesh Tone ring from the late 1980’s.  Curtis Mcpeake is a well known banjo trader that had these made for him to sell.  This is identical to a Gibson Kulesh Ring of the same era.  This is a 20 hole ring and has the RKW stamp to indicate it is a Kulesh Ring.
