Gibson Banjo JD Crowe Tone Ring

This is a very clean Tone Ring which was used by Gibson. This came out of a Gibson Banjo. I don’t know what year this is but there is a serial number on the ring. There may be someone on the banjo hangout that would know how to date this.

The JD Crowe ring was used on the Gibson JD Crowe RB75 banjos and is not an easy tone ring to come by.

Condition

This is in fantastic shape. The tone ring truly glows. This would be a great addition to any banjo. If someone owned a Gibson banjo this would be an original tone ring for that banjo. Especially if the banjo was an RB75.
