Description

Tim Davis is builiding some of the absolute best Banjos that are made today right here in the USA. This is a Granada and features beautiful Gold Plated and Engraved Hardware. This is brand new and includes a Full Factory Warranty with Davis Banjos.

The Banjo has a standard 3 ply hard rock maple shell with a curly maple neck and resonator. The fretboard is rosewood with a Hearts and Flowers inlay pattern. The neck and resonator each have w/b/w binding on each side. The hardware is gold and stunning plus it is engraved with the standard Granada pattern. This has Rickard gold plated tuners which are $300 tuners alone. The flange is a one piece gold plated flange and the tone ring is a no hole unplated Davis ring. This banjo is exceptional in every way and also includes a high quality archtop hardshell case.

Tim Davis is absolutely producing the highest quality banjos for the best value today. If this banjo was made by some other American Builders this would be a $6500 banjo and I would still recommend the Davis.

This is New and in New condition.

Set Up

This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse. The head is a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90. The bridge is a Sullivan. This has new strings and the action is set up very well. This plays great and is a true powerhouse with angelic tone. This is the banjo for the knowledgeable player that knows where Value and Quality intersect.
