NEW Davis VT-4 5 string Banjo Description

This banjo is made of Burled Walnut with nickel hardware.  The neck is also Walnut with a Rosewood fretboard.  The shell is Red Maple Shell which sounds fantastic.  The fretboard has a Flying Eagle inlay pattern.  There is white binding on both sides of the neck and resonator.  This has a Presto Tailpiece and a one piece armrest.  The banjo is absolutely gorgeous.  This is brand new and in perfect shape.  This also includes a new Superior Hardshell Case.  All Davis Banjos include a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

NEW Davis VT-4 5 string Banjo Set Up

All Davis Banjos are set up by Tim Davis at his shop.  We can tweak the set up to your specifications here at the Banjo Warehouse.  The head is a Remo head and the bridge is a Davis Bridge.  The head is set to 90 on a drum dial.  The banjo has comfortable action with no buzz.  This has a lot of volume and a dark haunting tone with the walnut.  The banjo also has proper intonation.
