Description

This is a mahogany banjo with a 3 ply hard rock maple shell. The neck is also mahogany with a rosewood fretboard. The fretboard has a gorgeous Wreath inlay pattern. The headstock has the Davis logo and a wreath inlaid as well. There is white binding on each side of the neck and resonator. This has nickel hardware which really gives it that classic look. The banjo is new and all original and includes a new Superior Hardshell Case.

Condition

This is brand new and in mint condition. There are spikes installed at the 7th and 9th frets. The case is new and also in mint condition.

Set Up

We set up all Banjos here at the Banjo Warehouse. This has great string height (action) and proper intonation. The head is set to 90 on a drum dial all the way around. I can do any adjustments to the set up that you request. This has a new Remo Frosted Head and a new bridge with an ebony cap. This banjo is gorgeous, sounds incredible and is an extraordinary player!!
