NEW Recording King RKR85 Elite 5 string Banjo Blem

Recording King RKR85 Blem Description

This is a curly maple banjo with nickel hardware.  The neck is also curly maple with an ebony fretboard.  The fretboard has a Hearts and Flowers inlay pattern with an extra inlay at the first fret.  The Blem is a couple of small dings on the side of the neck heel.  These are pictured.  They are almost not visible but they are there and this banjo is discounted because of them.  This also includes a new Recording King hardshell case.

Set Up

All of our banjos are professionally set up here at the Banjo Warehouse.  The action is set perfectly for fast playing with good volume.  The banjo has been properly intonated.  The head is set to 90 on a drum dial.  The head is a frosted Remo head and the bridge is a factory bridge.  This plays great and sounds incredible.  The RKR85 Elite is one of the most popular models now and the price is going up!!!  This is a great chance to get a steal on a professional grade banjo.  This design comes from the mind of Greg Rich.
