Northfield Octave Mandolin NF-AT02

This is a gorgeous Northfield Archtop Octave Mandolin model NF-AT02.  This also has a gorgeous hardshell case.  This has been set up and inspected here at the Banjo Warehouse.

Description

This has flame maple back and sides with an Italian Red Spruce (Adirondack) top.  This is all solid wood.  The neck is also curly maple with a radiused ebony fretboard.  This has dot position markers, F holes, Gotoh tuners and has a Shellac finish.  This is an absolutely gorgeous, professional grade and top of the line Octave Mandolin.  This normally costs $5000!!  This also includes a deluxe molded fiberglass archtop hardshell case.  This is about as high end as you can get for an Octave Mandolin.

Condition

This is gorgeous.  The finish all looks fantastic.  This definitely was well taken care of.  The neck and fretboard are both clean.  The frets themselves almost look like they have never been touched.  This is in great shape with no damage or repairs and looks fantastic.  This has been set up here at the shop and this also plays great.  If you are looking for a high end Octave Mandolin that looks, plays and sounds incredible this is it!!!
