Pre Owned Deering Goodtime 5 string Banjo

This is a maple banjo that is considered to be a solid starter banjo and is Made in America. The banjo has been upgraded with planetary style tuners. Other than that and 1 missing screw in the flange the banjo is all original and the tuners are definitely an upgrade. The missing screw effects nothing and we have a replacement screw on the way from Deering. This also includes a thick deluxe Gold Tone padded gig bag. In addition this has a new copy of Geoff Hohwald’s Banjo Primer Deluxe. That includes a DVD and 2 audio CDs and is the most complete Banjo instructional package available. This has been set up here at the Banjo Warehouse.

Condition

This banjo is definitely clean and really looks great!! The pot assembly (body) is clean and all the hardware looks fantastic. The finish on the wood is also clean. The neck and fretboard are clean and the frets are also clean. There is very minor wear on the frets but almost nothing. There are some exposed screw holes from the original tuners in the back of the headstock. This has been set up here at the Banjo Warehouse and is a great playing banjo!!! The Gold Tone deluxe padded gig bag is also in great shape. It still has the original tag. And the Banjo Primer Deluxe book and banjo picks are brand new!!
