This is a really cool travel banjo that was made by Gold Tone which is small, light weight and easy to disassemble.  The banjo has been fully inspected and set up here at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.

Description

This banjo can be easily disassembled and is light weight!!  Plus it has a shorter scale length so it can easily be stored or transported in small spaces.

This is a maple banjo that has a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard.  There is a small clear plastic head which helps give it the authentic banjo tone.  The body is put together with easy to remove screws and the neck can simply be unscrewed from the body.  The tuners are located under the head inside of the body which helps preserve space.  This is absolutely functional and set up and ready to go!!!  If you need a travel banjo this absolutely would be perfect for you.  This also is not very loud so it is easier to play in hotel rooms without waking up the neighbors!!!!

Condition

Overall this is in good shape.  There are a couple of small dings on the body, and a couple of small and light scratches.  This was a travel banjo!!!  The neck and fretboard are also both clean.  The frets themselves are basically perfect!!!  This has a Grover Bridge with an ebony cap, a Remo plastic head and new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings.  This banjo is ready to go in overall really good shape and is probably the best design for a travel banjo that has ever been made.
