Yates RB75 Banjo 5 string Banjo

This is a Yates model RB75 5 string Banjo All original with a TKL Hardshell Case. This has been inspected and set up here at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.

Description

This has a mahogany resonator with a 3 ply hard rock maple shell. The hardware is nickel. The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard. This has a Flying Eagle inlay pattern on the fretboard and more inlay on the headstock. This has white binding on each side of the neck and resonator. The armrest is a one piece armrest and this has a Presto Tailpiece. The hardware has been aged to look old and the finish is satin. This has the Pre War Banjo look and is all original.

Condition

This has aged metal and was relicd to look old. Other than the relic job the banjo has little actual playwear. There was a thin crack that was on each side of the neck heel in the resonator. This was repaired by Robin Smith and has almost disappeared. This causes no functional issue as well and is a very clean crack and repair. Everything looks really good and there is no damage or signs of serious use. The frets are clean with almost no signs of use. This is a really cool banjo with a lot of vibe that looks fantastic. The case is also in really good shape.

Set Up

This has been set up here at the shop. This has nice string height with correct intonation. This has a frosted head which has been set to 90 on a drum dial all the way around the head. This has a Yates bridge with Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings. This is a really cool looking banjo that sounds great and has been professionally set up. CALL TODAY 404-372-5482.
