Description

This is a FLOOR MODEL Gold Tone Banjo that would be perfect for a beginner.   This was on display at our shop and has a few small cosmetic scratches from being played by customers but is in fantastic structural condition and includes a case as well. This Bluegrass banjo sports a three-ply maple rim and one-piece flange (just like the megabucks originals), a maple neck inlayed in authentic style, a brass flathead tone ring and a smooth satin finish. The OB-150 is professionally set up in their Florida shop and comes with TRANSFERRABLE lifetime warranty.

This has a maple neck and resonator with a rosewood fretboard that has a leaves and bows inlay.  The hardware is nickel and this has a one piece flange and a full size tone ring.  The banjo is made with specs in line with a top tier, professional grade, classic Pre War Banjo.

This banjo has got loads of POP and BANG.  This is a powerful instrument that brings the vintage vibe and mojo of classic bluegrass to the modern day.  The fact this banjo is $899 with a case and FREE SHIPPING is just mind blowing.

Set Up

This has had a final set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia.  The head is a brand new Remo frosted head and is set to 90.  The bridge is set with correct intonation.  This has new strings and the string height (action) is set up for fast playing and max volume and tone.  This banjo really hits, this may be the best value available on a Pre War Style Banjo.
