Description
This is a FLOOR MODEL Gold Tone Mandocello that would be perfect for a beginner. This was on display at our shop and has a few small cosmetic scratches from being played by customers but is in fantastic structural condition and includes a case as well. If you have any questions, call us for an in-hand description.
The Mandocello is by far the least expensive instrument of its type available from ANY manufacturer, but boasts deluxe features not offered anywhere else. These include the patented Zero Glide nut and a Venetian-style cutaway body. The Mandocello also features a dual pickup system, which includes a jazz-style floating humbucker pickup, and a transducer pickup in the bridge (with a volume control knob and a knob for blending the two pickups), providing a superb plugged-in tone. The Mandocello has a maple back and sides and solid spruce top and is fitted with an adjustable ebony bridge, a pakkawood tailpiece and a two-way adjustable truss rod. All of this, AND a hard-shell case is included in the price! The Mandocello continues the expansion of Gold Tone’s innovative “Folkternative” initiative, aimed squarely at providing amateur and professional players with the widest selection of plucked instruments in the world at affordable prices.
This is a Floor Model that has just been sitting in our shop and is still in Fantastic shape all the way around!!

Condition (see photos): Virtually no fret ware. Resonator has some wood checking that is apparent when you shine it under bright light. This RB-250 comes with a high-quality case that somebody wrote "The Gibson" on. However, it is not an original Gibson case.
This 1992 Rich-Era Gibson Earl Scruggs Standard Five-String Resonator Banjo was designed with extraordinary attention to detail. It's as close as a copy can be to the banjo Earl Scruggs played. The 1992 Earl Scruggs Standard banjo comes with a sticker signed by Scruggs on the inside of the resonator and Keith Tuners that say "Gibson" on the top. This banjo also includes the original hardshell Gibson case.
This 1997 Gibson RB 4 Walnut Five-String Resonator Banjo is in excellent condition. It has a Flying-Eagle inlay and comes with a new Steve Huber bridge and head, and It was set up at the Huber Banjo factory in Nashville, Tennessee.
This 1989 Rich-Era Gibson RB-3 Five-String Resonator Banjo sounds phenomenal. It has non-original, but upgraded keys. As an added bonus, it comes with an original Gibson case. Condition: This 1989 Gibson RB-3 has virtually no fret wear. The resonator has some wood checking (which is normal from banjos of this era) and minor scratches (see [...]
