The Gold Tone CEB-4 is a one-of-a-kind cello banjo developed in collaboration with string virtuoso Marcy Marxer, bringing back a nearly forgotten voice from the early twentieth century banjo orchestra era. Tuned in fifths (CGDA) on a 14-inch pot with a rolled brass flat bar tone ring, it delivers deep, punchy low-end that works beautifully in any genre. Mandolin, mandola, viola, and cello players will feel right at home within minutes — and it ships with a hard case included.
The Gold Tone Dojo-DLX pairs a five-string banjo neck with a Dobro-style reverse cone and biscuit bridge in a cutaway curly maple body, giving it a sweet, sustaining voice that suits expressive fills and solo playing. A Zero Glide nut, planetary tuners and a stacked humbucking pickup make it stage-ready straight out of the bag.
The Gold Tone EBM-5 is a one-of-a-kind F-style 5-string electric banjo that delivers genuine banjo response and tone through a dual-pickup system — a humbucking pickup under the head and a single-coil at the neck — all wrapped in a stunning tobacco sunburst finish with gold hardware. Even unplugged, the hollow mahogany body and 8" aluminum tone ring produce authentic banjo character, making this instrument equally at home on stage or in the studio. Every EBM-5 receives a professional factory setup at Gold Tone in Titusville, Florida before it ships.
