The Gold Tone AC-4T is the standard-tenor member of the Acoustic Composite line, set up for CGDA tuning on a comfortable 22 and 3/4 inch, 19-fret neck. It delivers a bright, punchy, melodic tone that works across jazz, old-time, and crossover styles, and its light weight makes it an easy instrument to pick up and play often.
The composite rim at the core of the AC line is durable and weather-friendly, and it keeps the whole instrument down to just 3.5 pounds. A slim Nato neck with a rosewood fingerboard and a ZeroGlide nut makes for easy fretting and rock-steady tuning, while a single 11-inch coordinator rod, chrome hardware, and an 11-inch Remo head keep it road-ready. It is a genuinely fun, portable tenor that holds up to real use.
Every AC-4T is professionally set up at Gold Tone’s factory in Titusville, Florida before it ships, so it plays in tune straight out of the included gig bag.
