The Recording King RR-41E-VS is the acoustic-electric take on the small-body RR-41 resonator. A mahogany body and a 9.5-inch hand-spun European Recording King cone on a pedestal soundwell give it that dry, barking single-cone voice, and a factory-installed Fishman Nashville pickup lets you plug straight in, from clear and musical to dirtier, grittier blues tones.
The mahogany neck carries a thin C profile and a padauk fretboard on a 25-inch scale, with a 1-3/4 inch bone nut and a maple biscuit bridge. Finished in vintage sunburst gloss, it is made for players who want authentic resonator bark on stage.
